We do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds on any products including apparel, accessories or gift cards. All online purchases are final.
Shipping Timelines:
UPDATE 8/6/24: Werk Mija just welcomed a new team member into the family, "Werk Mijo." While we adjust to our new role as CEO & Mami, we have extended our shipping deadline expectations to allow for flexibility with this new transition.
After your order has been placed, please allow for 4-7 business days for your order to ship. Please note that processing times can vary during the holidays due to a delay with shipping providers (USPS, UPS or FedEx). We will do everything on our end to package your orders quickly, however, we cannot control how quickly shipping providers will sort, scan and delivers your package.
Custom Order Processing Time
We are thrilled that you chose a customizable product! To allow for a quality product, please allow for an additional 2-3 days processing time for custom orders in addition to shipping timelines (4-7 business days).
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. If this is the case, please contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS or FedEx) directly.
Mistake on Your Order
