    Final Product:

    • The options to customize will be for the "city name only"
    • Mug color will be white 11oz mug
    • Font color will be Pink as displayed
    • Font Style will be the one displayed

    We are so excited you are adding a new city to the Chismosa list. Thank you for being the first Chismosa in your city to order a custom mug. To allow for a quality product, please allow for an additional 2-3 days processing time for custom orders in addition to shipping timelines (3-5 business days).

      We do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds on any products including apparel, accessories or gift cards. All online purchases are final.

      Shipping Timelines: 

      After your order has been placed, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Please note that processing times can vary during the holidays due to a delay with shipping providers (USPS, UPS or FedEx). We will do everything on our end to package your orders quickly, however, we cannot control how quickly shipping providers will sort, scan and delivers your package.
